It is tough to stay motivated and committed to a healthy lifestyle when life gets busy and overwhelming. Use your valuable time wisely and efficiently!

  • Use your lunch hour to exercise so that you don’t have to cut into family time or evening events.
  • Exercise before work so that nothing gets in the way.
  • When you are meeting a friend for coffee to catch up, use that hour to walk or jog so that you are accomplishing two things at once.
  • Don’t worry that you can’t get a whole hour in; every minute counts do what you can and make it quality. Quality counts more than quantity.
  • Walk the stairs in your building.
